Managing Imposter Syndrome in Nonprofit Culture by a SurvivorDo you ever wonder who thought you were qualified to do the job you're in? You might be experiencing Imposter Syndrome. In this workshop, we'll discuss the origins of this common feeling, how it can uniquely manifest in nonprofit culture and the ways it can be turned on its head to create effective leaders. Participants will walk away with definitional understanding of Imposter Syndrome and concrete strategies for banishing thoughts that make you question your own qualifications. Speaker Natasha Watley is a two-time Olympic softball player who has made the transition to "life after gold" and now runs her own foundation providing softball to girls in underserved areas of Los Angeles.
